- Clearance or sale items
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time, but you are welcome to return the item and place a new order.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item, and we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
