Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Used items
  • Clearance or sale items

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time, but you are welcome to return the item and place a new order.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item, and we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
